What is your return/exchange policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any returns or exchanges at this time. Please reach out via the Contact Us page if you have any questions or concerns.

 

 

Why are there only Black, White, and Grey options?

Now that we are using the new Wake Forest University School of Medicine shield logo, Atrium Health has curated our selection of merchandise.

 

 

Why are some items only available at certain times of the year?

Most of our products are made-to-order, which means we purchase each item directly from the manufacturers to distribute it to you. Therefore, we cannot reliably keep those items in stock when we are off-season. However, we do purchase some products in bulk so they are available year-round.
